Widget While You Work Part 1.

This is from the Weekly Webinars held every Tuesday @ 12:30 p by the Learning Technologies group at the University of Maryland. This video was broken into 2 parts due to technical difficulties.

As, the ELMS Administrator for University of Maryland, I have the opportunity to dig a little deeper in the tools to meet the unique needs of tech-savvy faculty. At the time there was a need expressed by faculty to rapidly design content for course spaces, so adding widgets of to Blackboard content areas.

So this webinar session promptly followed.

This was a weekly webinar at the University of Maryland describing how to embed a Google Calendar widget into a Blackboard course space. This main motivation for doing this webinar was to accent the wonderful capabilities of widgetry, and to replace the not-so great calendar feature in Blackboard.
