The latest webinar at the University of Maryland was structured like a talk show. This is the first ever Learning Technologies Tech Talk . This segment (in hopefully a series) was about Twitter in the Classroom.

One of the our Urban Planning professors who is a avid learning technology user decided to try something new in his course. He was interested increasing student engagement and cognitive learning. By using Twitter,  he was able to develop some unique learning activities, but not without cost.

As a digital native, I believe that teaching and learning are collaborative activities within the knowledge transfer process that exists beyond the boundaries of a classroom. The start of the revolution was bounced around my social media networks. You didn't get that tweet?
